How we price our work
Commercial planning engagements are scoped individually because every product, channel structure, and timeline differs. The figures below are starting points based on typical engagements. Your written quote after the initial briefing may differ based on scope, number of markets, and urgency.
Engagement rates
Launch Commercial Planning
From NTD 480,000
Six to twelve week engagement covering full commercial plan development. Final fee depends on number of target markets, channel complexity, and whether on-site workshops are required at multiple locations.
A 30% deposit is due upon engagement confirmation. Remaining balance invoiced at midpoint and completion.
Channel Readiness Review
NTD 180,000
Fixed fee for a three-week review covering up to five prospective channel partners. Additional partners assessed at NTD 25,000 each.
Pricing & Positioning Workshop
NTD 95,000
Two-day facilitated workshop for up to eight participants. Additional participants at NTD 8,000 per person. Second workshop within 30 days of the first: NTD 72,000.
Day rate for advisory work
For clients with an existing commercial plan who need periodic advisory support — reviewing distributor proposals, revising price lists, or preparing for trade shows — we offer day-rate consulting at NTD 28,000 per day (eight hours, Taoyuan-based). Travel to client sites outside Taoyuan City is billed at cost.
Factors that affect your quote
- Number of target markets. Each additional market (e.g. adding Singapore to a Taiwan-only plan) adds research and document work.
- Channel complexity. Direct retail, distributor networks, and e-commerce each require separate commercial treatment.
- Timeline compression. Engagements with fewer than six weeks to launch date may require additional consultant hours.
- Product line breadth. Multiple SKUs or accessory bundles increase pricing architecture complexity.
What is not included in quoted fees
Travel expenses outside Taoyuan City, third-party market research purchases, graphic design production, legal contract drafting, and translation services are billed separately or arranged by the client.
