Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to consultancy engagements with Appgrid Point Consulting Co., Ltd. It covers cancellation, rescheduling, deposit refunds, and partial refunds for work not yet delivered.

2. Engagement Deposits

Our flagship Launch Commercial Planning engagement and other scoped projects require a 30% deposit upon confirmation. Deposits secure consultant availability and cover initial discovery work.

Deposit refund eligibility:

• Full refund if you cancel more than 14 business days before the scheduled discovery phase start date, provided no discovery work has commenced
• Partial refund (50%) if you cancel between 7 and 14 business days before the discovery start date
• No refund if you cancel fewer than 7 business days before the discovery start date, or if discovery work has already begun

3. Fixed-Fee Engagements

For fixed-fee engagements (Channel Readiness Review, Pricing & Positioning Workshop):

• Full refund if cancelled more than 10 business days before the scheduled start date
• 50% refund if cancelled between 5 and 10 business days before the start date
• No refund if cancelled fewer than 5 business days before the start date

4. Work in Progress

Once an engagement phase has begun and deliverables are in production:

• Fees for completed phases are non-refundable
• Fees for phases not yet started may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion
• If we have delivered draft documents that you choose not to proceed with, fees for the document production phase are non-refundable

5. Workshop Rescheduling

Workshops may be rescheduled once at no charge if requested at least 5 business days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling with fewer than 5 business days’ notice incurs a rescheduling fee of NTD 15,000 to cover consultant reallocation.

A second rescheduling request is treated as a cancellation under the fixed-fee rules above.

6. No-Shows

If your team fails to attend a scheduled workshop or on-site session without prior notice, the session is considered delivered and no refund is issued. We will provide session materials if available.

7. Day-Rate Advisory

Day-rate advisory sessions cancelled with more than 3 business days’ notice receive a full refund. Cancellations with fewer than 3 business days’ notice are charged at 50% of the day rate.

8. Our Cancellation

If Appgrid Point Consulting cancels an engagement due to consultant unavailability or other reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of any fees paid for undelivered work. If partial work has been delivered, you receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining scope.

9. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Email info@appgridpoint.click with your name, engagement reference, and reason for the request
2. We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
3. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the engagement

10. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Travel expenses already incurred for on-site sessions at your location
• Third-party research or data purchases made on your behalf
• Materials or documents already delivered and accepted

11. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us at info@appgridpoint.click to discuss. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
