What clients say
We had a finished product and a trade show date but no agreed distributor margin structure. Appgrid Point mapped three channel scenarios in two weeks, and our sales director used their brief to close two regional agreements before CES.Lin Wei-ChenCommercial Director, Formosa Audio Components
The pricing workshop forced our product and finance leads into the same room with real unit-cost data. I wish we had done it earlier — we still had to rework one bundle offer after launch, but the core price list held.Amanda TsaiProduct Manager, Greenfield Kitchenware
Chen Mei-Ling understood our industrial sensor category without us explaining basics. The channel readiness review caught that two of our shortlisted distributors lacked technical sales staff — that alone saved us months of onboarding frustration.James WuVP Sales, Precision Metrics Ltd.
Appgrid Point's documents were thorough, though the first draft of the positioning statement felt too formal for our brand voice. They revised it twice without complaint, and the final version our retail partners actually used.Rachel ChangMarketing Lead, Bloom Home Essentials

Formosa Audio Components — Wireless speaker line launch (2024)
Formosa Audio had completed development on a mid-range wireless speaker aimed at the Taiwan and Hong Kong retail markets. Their engineering team was ready for mass production, but the commercial team had not agreed on list pricing, promotional allowances for retail chains, or distributor margin splits.
Appgrid Point was engaged eight weeks before the planned Computex trade show appearance. Over six weeks, we conducted a pricing workshop, developed a three-tier channel strategy (direct retail, specialty audio retailers, and one regional distributor for secondary cities), and produced sell sheet specifications that their in-house designer executed.
Outcome: Formosa signed agreements with two retail chains and one distributor before Computex. First-quarter sell-through met 85% of their conservative forecast. The commercial director noted that having documented margin scenarios made internal approval meetings faster than on previous launches.
Greenfield Kitchenware — Cookware set repositioning (2025)
Greenfield was repositioning a cookware line from budget retail to mid-premium specialty stores. The product quality had improved, but pricing still reflected the old positioning. Internal disagreement between product and finance had stalled the launch timeline by three months.
A two-day pricing and positioning workshop brought both departments together with competitive data from specialty kitchen retailers. We facilitated agreement on a 40% price increase justified by material upgrades, and produced a comparison chart specification highlighting differences from the previous generation.
Outcome: Greenfield launched on schedule at three specialty retailers in Taipei. The product manager reported that sales staff at partner stores used the comparison chart in nearly every customer conversation during the first month.
