Launch Commercial Planning
Flagship engagement: full commercial planning for product launch teams including pricing, channels, and sales materials.
Flagship Engagement
A six-to-twelve week engagement producing a complete commercial plan — pricing architecture, channel briefs, distributor terms, and sales collateral outline — ready for your launch date.
- Duration
- 6–12 weeks
- Format
- On-site workshops + remote document development
- Location
- Taoyuan office and client sites across Taiwan
- Pricing
- From NTD 480,000 — scoped after initial briefing
Who this is for
Manufacturers, brand owners, and distribution companies preparing to launch a physical product into Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Singapore. Your engineering or product team has a finished or near-finished product, but your commercial plan — how you price it, who sells it, and what materials they use — is still incomplete.
What you receive
At the end of this engagement, your team holds a documented commercial plan containing:
- Pricing architecture — list prices, volume tiers, promotional allowances, and margin structure by channel
- Channel strategy brief — recommended route-to-market, distributor selection criteria, and territory assignments
- Distributor agreement outline — key commercial terms, MOQ expectations, payment terms, and return policies
- Sales collateral plan — specification of sell sheets, comparison charts, demo scripts, and training materials needed
- Launch timeline — week-by-week commercial milestones aligned to your production and logistics schedule
What is not included
This engagement does not cover legal contract drafting, graphic design production, or digital advertising campaign management. We produce the commercial framework and briefs; your legal counsel and creative agencies execute from those documents.
How we work
Week 1–2: Discovery and data gathering. We interview your product, finance, and sales leads. We review unit economics, existing channel relationships, and competitive pricing in your category.
Week 3–5: Commercial model development. Working sessions at your office or ours. We build pricing scenarios, test margin assumptions, and draft channel options.
Week 6–8: Document production. We write the commercial plan documents, circulate drafts, and incorporate feedback from your leadership team.
Week 9–12: Sales readiness. Final revisions, sales team briefing session, and handover of all deliverables.
