Terms of Service for Appgrid Point Consulting — governing use of appgridpoint.click and our commercial planning consultancy services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at appgridpoint.click (“Site”) or engaging Appgrid Point Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us”) for consultancy services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and do not engage our services.

Appgrid Point Consulting provides commercial planning consultancy for product launch teams. Our services include pricing strategy development, channel readiness reviews, facilitated workshops, and related advisory engagements as described on the Site. All services are delivered by qualified consultants and are subject to individual engagement agreements.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Taiwan, Appgrid Point Consulting Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or NTD 10,000 if no payment was made.
